Strata Consulting is seeking a Development / Technical Co-ordinator to join their Leeds office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar roles and must have worked with Registered Providers to successfully deliver schemes.

The role involves regular site attendance for project reviews, managing design delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Mentoring junior staff is also a part of the job.
