Demi Chef de Partie - Lead Kitchen & Standards

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to maintain the highest standards of food quality across multiple kitchens. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will deliver exceptional cuisine, ensure brand standards and hygiene, and supervise kitchen staff in their absence.

You will also work with the Celebrity Chef consulting team, stay compliant with OHS and HACCP procedures, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive kitchen culture.
