About the role

The Strategy and Organisational Effectiveness team helps us achieve our goal of making human rights a vote winner by aligning the organisation behind our strategy. As part of the Chief Executive's Directorate, this role predominantly supports cross‑organisational priorities and helps ensure alignment, communication and effective decision‑making at a senior level.
