Department Manager, Media Transfer Services (MTS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the Photolab (Media Transfer Services Lab and MTS receiving room).
• Lead photo and video service production, supervise teams, and manage equipment maintenance.
• Develop a strong, customer-focused sales team in partnership with the Photo Counter and TECH departments.
• Train, coach, and support the Photolab & MTS team.
• Manage lab supplies and inventory to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and maintain MTS equipment cleanliness and condition.
• Oversee department financials to support profitability targets.
