Deputy Manager Life Insurance: Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branches, channel partners, agents, or customers, depending on the distribution channel.
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Generate leads through branch referrals, customer interactions, and field activities.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and support advisors or sales executives (if applicable).
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
