Deputy Manager - Techno Commercial Responsibilities Assist in the review of approved PR from user department; seek additional information if required from user for correctness & completeness of PR Provide support in identifying the type and method of procurement (depending on type of material/ services to be procured, nature of PR (normal vs. emergency PR), stocks available, availability of rate contract, value, delivery timeline etc.) Vendor identification and selection Preparation of RFP and Issuance of Enquiries/ RFP Evaluation of quotes. Establishing reasonableness of the price/rates, etc. Review of documents, RFP for completeness. Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract/procurement status, compliance, modifications, etc. Prepare the Contracts/Internal approvals Placement of Purchase Orders/Work Orders/ Agreements after obtaining necessary approvals as per the prevailing company guideline.
