Deputy Principal - Head of Operations

Pinnacle College Ridge View is a dynamic and growing school community, founded in 2025, where staff have the opportunity to help shape its culture, systems and future from the ground up. The following position is available from 1 January 2027 .
The Operational Deputy Principal is responsible for the daily running of the school. The role ensures that students, staff, facilities, timetables, events and operational systems function efficiently and consistently so that teaching and learning can take place without disruption.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Student Discipline
Manage all student discipline referrals from staff.
Conduct student discipline investigations and collect statements where required.
Meet with students and parents regarding behavioural concerns.
Issue sanctions in accordance with the school's disciplinary procedures.
Maintain accurate discipline records and student behaviour databases.
