Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Design Direction
    • Define Easyreno’s overall design direction, design language, material direction, colour strategy, and package presentation standard.
    • Develop signature condo renovation package concepts for different client profiles, budgets, and property types.
    • Review key floor plans, moodboards, 3D concepts, material selections, lighting concepts, and presentation quality.
    • Ensure every design is attractive, practical, buildable, cost-conscious, and aligned with Easyreno’s brand positioning.
    • Lead design reviews for key projects, premium clients, and new package launches.
  2. Build and Coach the Design Team
    • Lead, mentor, and upgrade the interior design team.
