Design Manager

The Design Manager leads and coordinates team members dedicated for a specific business unit (BU), overseeing the design process from concept to execution while ensuring projects align with standards and deadlines. They are responsible for setting design strategies, mentoring staff, reviewing technical quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

The Design Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging his/her team members with the requirements and standards of the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use design management delivery tools to monitor and control project coordination arrangements, including reporting on various inputs and outputs for overall project progress tracking and delivery.
