Designer Draftsman

The Designer Draftsman shall be in charge of developing BIM drawings for construction works, conducting site measurements & propose solutions for space planning, including submissions to authorities & clients.

The scope shall encompass the following:

• Maintain Drafting SOP & templates and provide recommendations for improvements on work processes.
• Responsible in managing all Drafting works for the project assigned including documentation and authority submissions.
• Manage Subcon including subcon assessment and manpower planning for the project.
• Interpret site survey data, drawings and specifications to produce and prepare technical drawings such as detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as-built drawings.
• Conduct measurements on site to collect data to produce accurate drawings & specifications.
