Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Must be adaptable, flexible and committed to high-level of customer service; Client infrastructure and IT systems vary so a broad skill set and experience is advantageous;
  • Applicants will be expected to travel throughout the UK to client sites on demand to provide support, cover vacation and sick leave, assist on projects and be ready to hit the ground running;
  • Travel to client sites across the UK on-demand, providing on-site support as required;
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude while managing workloads and stress effectively;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT devices;
  • Provide technical support in Microsoft Windows environments (may vary depending on client), ensuring optimal performance of client systems;
