Desktop Engineer - Roaming /Shifts

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: Responsible for multiple sites islandwide

Support Hours: Staggered shifts Mon to Fri including Saturdays.

• IT support for end users on multiple sites
• Provide technical support for all end user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and approved software
• Facilitate and provide technical/event support for the classroom, lab, meeting room and other areas that have audio visual systems
• Oversee day‑to‑day teaching facility operations, including loan of portable devices, accessories and supplying consumable items such as battery for wireless mic

• At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT/Audiovisual related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
• Relevant technical IT expertise and skills
