We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Associate to join our Corporate IT team. As a System Associate, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line IT infrastructure support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure services, supporting endpoint management, and ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations. What to expect in your journey Infrastructure & Systems Support Provide day-to-day support for Active Directory, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), on-premises networking, and endpoint issues. Assist in managing Microsoft Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), virtual machines, storage, and related services. Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Perform Entra ID administration tasks such as user provisioning, group management, Single Sign-On (SSO) troubleshooting, and basic Conditional Access policy support.
