Summary:
-WM is seeking a versatile BI Developer to join our Operations Business Intelligence team. This role is centered on delivering high-impact Power BI reporting that turns raw data into actionable executive insights across our core operational areas: Collections, Fleet, Post Collections, and Dispatch. You will own the full lifecycle of report development from requirements gathering with leadership through data modeling to the final presentation of polished, production-ready dashboards. The ideal candidate is a technical powerhouse who speaks the language of business and can navigate the nuances of day-to-day operations.
