Position Summary

Situated on the picturesque Grand River, the City of Brantford is a growing community of over 100,000 residents, located in the heart of Southern Ontario with direct access to Hwy. 403 and in close proximity to the GTHA, Waterloo and Niagara regions. The City is a single‐tier municipality responsible for the full spectrum of municipal service areas.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Development Planning, the Development Planning Lead will supervise and mentor a team of development planners in the review of the full range of development applications to ensure these files advance within prescribed timelines.
