DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled mid‑level to senior developer to join a small, focused team dedicated to modernising our infrastructure and expanding our capabilities. Instead of simply following a predefined plan, you will influence technical decisions, guide the technology stack and shape the future direction of our systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the migration of legacy systems to a modern AWS/Hybrid architecture using containerisation.
• Designing and building brand‑new, AWS‑native systems, specifically leveraging AWS Bedrock for AI‑driven recruitment tools.
• Managing AWS deployments with Terraform and CloudFormation, and providing strategic input on future deployment strategies and best practices.
• Working with development teams to integrate, modernise, and deploy applications smoothly.
