Position Overview
For our Pune office, we are looking for a DevOps & IT Engineer to join our growing India team and support our Company by maintaining, monitoring and improving our IT services and infrastructure. Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer hardware (Linux and Windows). Installing software and networking systems.
Troubleshooting network and software issues. Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues. Responding to general IT requests.
Ensuring security software is kept up to date. Configure and Maintain and cloud services. Monitoring IT Infrastructure.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems. Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (dhcp, dns, tcpip). At least 1 year experience working with a cloud provider service.
