Key Responsibilities BIM Model Oversight & Coordination- Lead a team in creating and managing 3D BIM models for Prefab MEP projects.
- Integrate MEP, structural, and architectural elements, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, and Dalux.
- Optimize models for prefabrication and manage updates based on feedback.
- Mentor BIM Modellers, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
