Job summary
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Enhanced Nurse Practitioner to join our rapidly expanding multidisciplinary Diabetes service.

You will work within a forward-thinking and supportive team delivering outstanding care across a wide range of specialist inpatient and outpatient services.

The successful candidate will utilise advanced clinical skills across antenatal diabetes care, insulin pump therapy, young persons and transitional services, acute diabetes management, complex diabetes clinics and specialist renal diabetes services.

This role is ideal for an experienced diabetes nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. You will manage complex patient caseloads, make advanced clinical decisions, provide education to patients and healthcare professionals, and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
