Die Attach Equipment Specialist – Optimize FC/OEE

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Malaysia seeks a skilled Attach Equipment Technician to maintain and repair Die Attach lines, including loaders, unloaders, AOI and reflow ovens. You will set up equipment for product changes and pursue second sources for critical spares.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years in Die Attach equipment, plus strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
