Digital Lead Scada Sales - MEA

Position Overview

This position reports to: Hub Digital Lead PAEN IMEA.

In this role you will lead the digital strategy and roadmap at the hub, country, or region level across the entire value chain, ensuring profitable growth and relentless execution. You will support business‑led collaboration in alignment with the division and business area strategy. The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid. This role contributes to the Digital Sales Scada in MEA.

Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for the following:

• Defining and implementing the Scada Sales strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrating a deep knowledge of solution consulting and solution selling, with strong understanding of customers’ buying behaviors related to Scada digital needs and driving appropriate business models.
