Position Overview
**ROLE DESCRIPTION:**
+ Specialize in the development and Martech strategy to lead the optimization, integration, and innovation of our digital platforms and marketing technology (Martech) stack. This role will ensure seamless alignment between our technology infrastructure, marketing strategies, and business objectives in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and maximize ROI across digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Martech & Platform Management:**
+ Responsible for Overall Planning of IDP Eco Related Data and System Architecture. Evaluate, recommend, implement, and optimize tools (e.g., sCRM systems, marketing automation platforms，analytics tools.
+ Ensure integration of Martech with sales, customer support, and healthcare platforms
**Data & Compliance:**
+ Oversee data governance to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)...
