Digital Retail Accountant

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, purchase and sales entries, GST compliance, vendor payments, ecommerce marketplace reconciliation, inventory coordination, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge along with practical exposure to online sales channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Jiomart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Shopify/D2C, and other ecommerce platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/Busy/Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Handle petty cash, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
