We are looking to recruit to a vacancy within the team for Digital Systems Support and Training Officers (DiSSTOs).


Applications are invited from suitably skilled individuals who have a proven track record of experience across a number of areas including:

  • Training experience including determining training needs and learning objectives

  • Development of materials, planning and delivering training courses

  • Experience of fault analysis and corrective action

  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and use own initiative

  • An understanding of the rationale and requirements of System Upgrade management

  • Experience of providing a support service through a variety of methods
