Digital Workplace Engineer – Microsoft 365 & AI
What You'll do
As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you will
Enhance and maintain the delivery of various Microsoft 365 solutions to all Hilti employees
Support adoption initiatives, including creating user guidance sharing best practices 
Support enablement, rollout, and optimization of M365 Copilot and other AI platforms across the organization
Contribute to governance, security, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI usage
Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and workplace technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, or related field
At least three (3) years of experience in Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User Computing
