Willow Springs Center has an opening for the Director of Residential Programming.

We're now offering a $5,000.00 sign on bonus for this position.

Job Overview

The Director of Residential programming monitors daily operations of facility via on-site supervision and delegation of duties to facility staff. Assists to develop and implement specific programs, in accordance with organization's policies, to benefit the patients. Responds 24 hours a day to emergency calls from staff and intervene as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's prepared or Master’s Degree required. LMSW, LCSW, LMFT OR LPC preferred. 
  • Experience: Five years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, preferably in a hospital outpatient setting. Must have knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of psychiatric treatment, standards and requirements of all hospital agencies.
