Director - Cloud Platform Engineering

Role Summary

Director of Cloud Platform Engineering – lead the strategy, engineering, and operation of LSEG’s core cloud platforms.

This deeply technical leadership role is accountable for the engineering, architecture, product roadmap, and operational excellence of the platforms that enable LSEG engineering teams to build, deploy, and run services securely, reliably, and at scale.

You will lead a large product engineering organisation and work with engineering, product, architecture, security, risk, and operations teams to build cloud platforms as long‑lived, evergreen products.

Focus: developing self‑service internal developer platforms, enabling thousands of engineers to consume platform capabilities through well‑defined productised interfaces while maintaining safety, compliance, and reliability.
