Director, Global Product Operations (Xico)

The Director of General Product Operations will lead a full-cycle, tech-enabled strategic procurement process—from sourcing strategy and should-cost modeling to eRFX execution and vendor negotiations. You'll oversee the daily operations of digital tools, build and lead a high-performing team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to leverage data, optimize operations, and guide better results. You will report to our VP, Product Operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals, establishing a vision for data analytics and overseeing data governance and quality protocols.
