Position Overview

SUMMARYThe Director, Governance, Compliance and Performance Management oversees the management and governance of the BGIS Contract that includes Audit, Quality and Performance. To this effect, is responsible for the ongoing management of the overall contract, including performance, change of scope and approval activities;

will serve as primary interface and point-of-contact between the client and BGIS to provide relevant client feedback and to support changes, governance and resolve service problems. This role will coordinate key SMEs in all functional areas, provide guidance on practices, processes and management of potential risks.
