Director, Logistics

We are currently looking for a Director of Logistics to lead our team in Malaysia. As Director, Logistics, you will lead foodpanda Malaysia's logistics organisation, owning the end‑to‑end rider experience while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation across the country. You will develop strategies to optimise fleet operations, strengthen rider engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high‑performing logistics organisation that supports sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the logistics operations of the business.
• Drive logistics efficiency across the country by defining city structure, incentive schemes, and managing supply/demand relationships.
