Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within a business to business sales‐related/business development commercial role.

15 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, including leadership in technology, Internet, or media industries.

10 years of experience in the Retail industry.

5 years of people management experience and leading geographically‐distributed sales teams.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing managers and fostering career growth for early career sellers to executive sales professionals.

Experience as a go‐to‐market Sales leader with experience exceeding business generation and operational goals coupled with an understanding of profitability levers for Retail and exporting knowledge.
