What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for core business platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, PSA, Subscription Management, and Support tools.
• Design and optimize critical workflows across Lead‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Record‑to‑Report processes.
