Position Overview

Monroe Consulting is assisting a client in the healthcare industry to recruit a seasoned Dorector of Nursing. This pivotal role will provide strategic leadership for the hospital's nursing division, oversee clinical operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. This position will be based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall nursing strategy, aligned with hospital goals, patient safety, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide leadership in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management within nursing services.
