This role will be instrumental in transforming one U.S. location into a fully independent franchise model, setting the operational and strategic foundation for future expansion.


We are seeking a bilingual leader (English + Russian or English + Hebrew) in Dallas, TX (relocation available) with a strong background in medical spa management or related healthcare industries such as dental, chiropractic, or wellness centers. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, strategic vision, and a proven track record in driving growth, leading teams, and building systems that scale.
