Director of Operations

About this Role

The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for the construction operations of Tartan Homes. This role provides direction and oversight across Construction, Estimating, and Customer Service, ensuring the full homebuilding lifecycle is delivered efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with business objectives.

With a strong focus on cost control and operational discipline, the Director of Operations aligns day‑to‑day execution with long‑term strategy. The role works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Health & Safety, and Finance to support market demand, customer commitments, safety standards, and financial performance, while maintaining clear accountability within Operations.
