Director Operational Ex (Ciudad Juárez)

Overview
Under the direction of the Sr Director of Operational Excellence, this person will act as an agent of change for facilitating and solving Honeywell's biggest problems such as inventory surplus, general supply chain network constraints, procurement process, and operational execution opportunities.
This person will be located in Juarez, MX, supporting the Mexico facilities within Industrial Automation (IA).
You will use the HMX framework to coach and lead facility leadership teams, to improve processes, increase productivity and help establish a mature lean culture.
Responsibilities
Lead the assessment, strategy creation, and execution plan for transforming and improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions within IA to include planning, execution, and procurement
Coach and develop team members, leaders and staff through operational excellence principles and drive process improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
