Director, Product Management

Position Overview:

The Director, Product Management, is responsible for leading product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution. Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, this role serves as the critical bridge between market needs and operational delivery, ensuring that product offerings, custom kits, and value propositions are aligned with commercial growth objectives and margin targets.

This leader will drive product roadmap development, competitive positioning, support for pricing strategy, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.
