Director, SLC Finance - SLC Management

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, SLC Financial Reporting and Capital Management, the Director of SLC Finance is responsible for supporting financial accounting and reporting, cash management, and providing inputs into legal entity and Management Equity Plan (MEP) reporting. The role has matrix line reporting to the Senior Director, SLC Accounting & Controls, and collaborates closely with SLC and Corporate Finance teams to deliver timely and accurate management information to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quarterly MEP cash disbursement process, including preparation and coordination of board materials, bank disbursements, and legal entity accounting for capital transactions.
• Lead the Equity Pick Up accounting process, reviewing journal entries in SAP to ensure balances are accurate and aligned with reporting and accounting requirements.
