Director, SLC Finance - SLC Management

SLC Management, a subsidiary of Sun Life, is a global asset management firm with a growing institutional client base and more than CA$422billion in assets under management. The Director, SLC Finance will report to the Senior Director, SLC Financial Reporting and Capital Management and be a key member of the finance team, supporting financial accounting, reporting, cash management and management equity plan reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quarterly MEP cash disbursement process including preparation and coordination of board materials, bank disbursements and legal entity accounting for capital transactions.
• Lead the Equity Pick Up accounting process, reviewing journal entries in SAP and ensuring balances are accurate and aligned with reporting and accounting requirements.
• Build and manage an inter‑company reconciliation and settlement process.
