Director, Total Rewards Solutions

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, Total Rewards Solutions located in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia. This global services leadership role focuses on operational excellence and execution of end-to-end total rewards programs across compensation, benefits, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global total rewards services, including compensation administration, benefits operations, and mobility processes across regions.
• Manage and develop a global team of managers and analysts delivering services across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compensation cycles, benefits programs, and mobility processes in alignment with company policies.
