Disaster Recovery & BCP Engagement Lead

PTCL.Official invites applications for Manager – Customer Engagement & Business Continuity (DR/BCP). You will lead end-to-end customer engagement for DR and BCP services, align technical capabilities with business needs, and drive onboarding and DR drills.

You will coordinate with Operations, Cloud, Security, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery, governance, and regular reporting, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.
