MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Setting the direction of shift team and ensure overall performance of the department to meet objectives for safety, quality, process reliability, productivity, food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
* Participating in and/or leads cross-functional improvement teams and other HPO (High Performance Organization) activities.
* Ensuring product and service meets all compliance and food safety regulations and complete all follow up activities.
* Maintaining inventory control and traceability and work with Stock Controllers to investigate, execute, and communicate root cause failure analysis, including reco...
