Job Overview

Salary Range: $134,215 – $173,690 per year.

Hydro One provides the largest electricity transmission and distribution network in Ontario. This role is located in Trenton and supports the Director – DX Lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct output support to the Director – DX Lines; manage 1‑5 year resourcing requirements for a defined region and oversee internal and external workforce mix.
• Coordinate and manage the assigned DX Lines work program for the region, ensuring timely and efficient completion, adjusting the program as required.
• Negotiate contractual agreements and manage labor relations with unions to meet business goals.
• Lead health and safety initiatives, rehabilitate programs, and ensure training programs are accessible and meet workforce capability needs.
