Distribution Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Distribution facilities and staff in the designated area;
• Ensure that safety standards are met at all times;
• Model and enforce Distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of product;
• Perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needs;
• Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirements;
• Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentation;
• Work with all staff (Distribution, Sales, Clinical, Customer Care Associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfillment of customer needs;
