Position Overview

We're seeking two dynamic Distribution Team Leaders (Full-time Permanent) to join our client's expanding team in Belleville. As a Team Leader, you'll play an important role in supporting the Shift Supervisor, ensuring a productive, safe shift.

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $62,000 - $64,000 per annum

  • Job Type/Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3pm, or Weekend Shift Friday – Sunday 3pm -3am

    • What You'll Do: 

  • Lead by example and partner with the DC team members through all assigned tasks and create a unified team culture
  • Lead, train, coach and discipline members as needed
  • Execute daily schedules and priorities
  • Provide training to new and existing DC team members as required
  • Facilitate effective and productive communications within the team as well as outside the team and work closely with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
