Position Overview

Our client, a Western Australian ASX-listed gold company with a significant high-grade gold project in a major gold-producing district, is currently seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join their team on a short-term FIFO ex-Perth 8:6 roster.

This is an immediate-start coverage role for approximately two swings, suited to someone with previous gold laboratory experience who can step into site quickly and support daily sample preparation, testing and laboratory operations.

Requirements: 

  • Previous site laboratory experience;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within gold processing plants;
  • Current Driver’s Licence;
  • National Police Clearance;
  • Small XRF, LM2 pulveriser and small terminator jaw crusher experience required;
  • Strong commitment to HSE procedures;
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • PAL and laboratory experience;
  • Sample preparation experience;
