As a Documentation Manager you will work collaboratively with the Director and team to monitor and improve Center documentation and to ensure that all records are compliant with State and Federal regulations. Works with the Director to prioritize, schedule and implement audits across the center and to develop effective and accountable systems to ensure quality documentation. You must maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations as they pertain to documentation and applies standards to audits, summarizing data and presenting results with recommendations for improvements.
