Drainage Designer – Calgary

Join WSP’S Rail & Transit team as a Drainage Designer based in Calgary, where you’ll contribute to the planning and design of stormwater systems that support critical rail, transit, and transportation infrastructure across Western Canada and beyond.

This role is ideal for an engineer looking to deepen their technical expertise while gaining exposure to complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and designers while building the foundation to grow into a future technical or project leadership role.

Your Impact

• Supporting the conceptual and detailed design of stormwater and drainage infrastructure for rail, transit, highway, and municipal projects.
• Developing drainage layouts, profiles, special details, and quantities using Civil 3D or MicroStation.
