Draughtsman

Role Purpose

Prepare accurate landscape drawings and details for infrastructure projects (streetscapes, soft/hard landscaping, irrigation interfaces) to support approvals, construction, and as-builts.

Key Accountabilities

• Produce/modify CAD drawings: plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantities support.
• Coordinate with civil/MEP teams on levels, drainage, irrigation sleeves, and interfaces.
• Maintain drawing register, revisions, redlines, and as-built updates.
• Support submissions (shop drawings/material cut sheets) and close-out drawings.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma/Certificate in Drafting/Engineering.
• 5+ years drafting experience; infrastructure/landscape project exposure preferred.
• AutoCAD mandatory; Civil 3D/Revit helpful; strong drawing control discipline.
