Drayage Dispatch & Logistics Specialist

Talento is seeking a motivated Dispatcher – Drayage Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role focuses on daily drayage dispatch operations, coordinating container movements from ports and customer facilities, and optimizing driver utilization.

You will monitor shipments in PortPro or similar Transportation Management Systems, communicate with drivers and customers, maintain dispatch logs, and help drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with port regulations.
